I thought awhile ago you suspected eggs were giving you trouble? But now something I read made me realize you were eating them again. Was it a false alarm? Or after taking a *break* were you able to re-introduce them? I'm curious as to how you sorted it out.

Mornin' CA Mary!
I AM able to tolerate eggs! And I feel so lucky about it. I think I was "suspecting" them back before I discovered my tomato intolerance. Since I was eating tomato just about every day in soups, spaghetti sauce, raw, etc., I didn't suspect them at all and was thinking it was everything else. Once I gave up the tomato, all has been fine. I have noticed recently that I can eat tomatoes but only if I eat a small amount every 3-4 days. I can do the same with citrus. I wonder if it's the acid or something else in these things that bothers me and not a true intolerance? Have any thoughts on this?
How have you been doing? Are you still able to eat everything except gluten and yeast?
Love,
Polly

Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused.
Alright! I guess it's easier to give up tomatoes than eggs - maybe not? But eggs are used in so many things....though tomatoes this time of year (our garden just stared producing in the last 2 weeks...) are so yummy!
When I met Christine we were talking about Dr. Fine's tests I told her when I had it done, gluten and yeast were all they could test for.....now I sometimes wonder if I have other issues lurking - but at this point I guess I'd rather not know 95% of the time things are really great - so the 5% is either viral, gluten contamination or ???
I wonder if it is the acid in citrus - I can't take much of it at all...I'm also having some current loosey goosey stuff but it seems cycle-related - I have often had this (even pre-MC) if I was experiencing worse than typical cramps (which I am ) my MC indicator seems to be the urgency....if I don't have to jog to get there on time, it is just run-of-the-mill D
Have a great day!
