I am pretty well housebound with agoraphobia/panic disorder, and now this microscopic colitis, I'm a mess. I need to find online sources for GF foods, can anyone recommend?

google Gluten Free Pantry & Glutino
You'll find quite a few places websites and places to find gluten free foods. They are expensive though. I try to avoid soy also so if you are sensitive to other foods be sure you check ingredients. For canned tuna or chicken I look for ingredients that only have the food I'm after, water, salt. There aren't many. Spectrum makes a gluten free, soy free mayonaise and it is very good. If you order by the case there is free shipping I think.

pricing is about the same, products are a bit cheaper, but then you pay for postage
the main advantage for me is guaranteed stock, many times i have driven 30 - 45 mins from home to go to a select shop for certain ingredient and they have sold out and dont know when the next order will be in etc
some of the websites i use have a great summary for each product showing if the product is Dairy Free, Soy Free, Yeast Free etc
so I have set up my profile that it only shows the items that suit my dietary plan.

Does your local grocer deliver? Possibly they alreay have GF items you could order or you could request that they stock certain items. It seems every time I go to the store I see more and more GF options.
