Sally you are so sweet.

If you change it, I still cannot guarantee I will make it. Money will definitely be a factor for me. Considering it will be a long weekend I think I can do it but I also don't want to dissapoint anyone by not getting there.

It also means I will have to fly - this England thing on 8/11 is a real concession to the grandson.

Love, Maggie

Hmmm. I'd love to come again. Don't know if time will allow though. But July/August works better for me as a first guess, because we are planning on taking the children (geoff included) to Disney at the end of June (to beat hurricane season).

But I'll watch for details. The last gathering was so much fun. This group always amazes me as to how much we have in common OTHER than MC.

July is fine with me

I'm flexible - as you know. Peg, thanks for the offer of the ride - we can sing to our heart's content along with the CD's and do punch buggies.
Up to you, but we can take the van if you want - will talk later about it.

I promise to be a better co-pilot.

Love - Momster

Hi friends,

Sally, I think it is awesome that you are inviting to host a Potty People gathering in Oregon. I have been slow to respond but I have been thinking about you and meeting all my friends from this support group. It is a little overwhelming to me to imagine that I could be face to face with all of you all at once in real life
That being said, the hesitation is probably not going to hold me away from trying my best to fit this into my "schedule".
I would love to meet you all and be able to talk to you and to give you a hug - not just the cyber type (((((hug))))) or the :grouphug:

It was 1986 when I was last on the West Coast - and I was there for a few days only. A friend of mine, a German immigrant, moved to Eugene, Oregon some 5 years ago with her husband and two children - I have lost contact with her but perhaps I could find her and visit her too while in Oregon. How far is Portland from Eugene?

Perhaps I could bring my family and we could make it a vacation - havn't had one of those since 1986 LOL!!

IOW - I dream that I will be able to make it!!

Love,
Karen

Sorry for not answering before, Sally... I have been a little :ill: having a bad time... But the recover was FANTASTIC when I read your offer. It sounds great and embarrasing too...

We are very excited!!! :grouphug: Thanks for your offer, Sally...

July would be perfect. We will start to save from now on... That would be our first trip to the US... Wouw!!! I have already been taking a look to the Motels and Hotels around your home... It sounds really great.

Of course, I am sure we will have to ask many things to the forum with regard to the trip and Motel, as we have never been in the US before and would be a little lost... But I am sure, you will help us to get into the nearest and best place close to your home... Oooh, what a nice news to dream about... We have a long year to organize it....

Thank you, Sally.

Love,
Tessa.

We are looking forward to meeting you all!!!
