Not looking forward to today at work. I ended yesterday with a discussion with the boss on how far over budget we are. Its not horrible, but we are going to go over on this one. Seems like most of our jobs are going over these days. I'm in a new roll having been promoted to project manager, and I can't afford to do things on the jobs myself. And then if I don't get what I expect out of the staff....well you know how that goes. We have a good staff in general, but there are certain things they are slow at. I need to work on my organization skills. Lately I feel like my brain is just spinning in circles and stuff is happening before I have a chance to figure out the whole picture. UGH. Then tonight we have a writing seminar so I don't get out until 7. Long day.
Also take Jessie in for her spay appointment this morning. She is definately acting pregnant now. And Tigs has been grumpy to her the last 3 or 4 days...given he's a male, I'm guessing there is a hormonal thing going on with her that upsets his sense of things being right in the world.
I'm tired and just feeling overwhelmed.
