I have been working on the site all morning moving things around. I hope everything is easier to find.
I still need to enter some more photos, but I am going crosseyed right now.
Later.
Love,
Sally

Thank you, Sally. It is really fun to see all the pictures. Maybe we should make albums like Pets or Baby Pictures of Us or Grandchildren or Gardens. I hope you don't have dial-up. I tried to look at Katy's turkey herd picture and after about 5 minutes, when it still hadn't gotten to the turkeys, I gave up!
kathy
Thanks for trying. I think the only people who will have slow downloading are people with dial-up internet access, like me. I expect the majority of folks have DSL or cable or something fast. We usually connect at 53.2 Kbps or less. It's just a matter of patience, and since we're both retired time is what we've got!
I think Katy shot very high resolution photos. That's best when you plan to print your pictures, not so important if they are only going to be shared digitally.
Anyway, he/she's a darn cute turkey.

Yeah, I changed the resolution and then resized the pictures. I am sorry it is taking them so long to download. That is a bummer. I do have a cable modum. Sometimes I forget that not everyone does. If there are anymore complaints I will try to do better.
Lots of love,
Sally

Kathy,
You think yours is slow--mine maxes out at 26.4 kbps. I've got a 56kbps modem, but it dosen't matter, 'cause the phone lines and switches will only allow 26.4, and nothing faster is available out here in the country. Sigh.
Incidentally, that's a female eastern wild turkey.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Sally,
You're doing it right. 72 pixels per inch is the maximum resolution that most monitors are capable of displaying, and that's what you've got the one that I checked, set on, so that's an optimum setting.
I couldn't help but notice that you have an album set up for me, and it seems to be kind of empty. Hmmmmmmmm. Is that a hint? Ok, I'll see what I can find, when I get a little spare time. LOL.
Love,
Wayne

Hmmmmmmm. I can't seem to find that one right now--it must be on another computer. I'm guessing that's the pre-MC photo. LOL.
Hey, we don't want any swooning goin' on around here. What's this board coming to?
