Gday from Australia Des
The entorolab testing is a good option but like you it was not in my price range.
I have managed to confirm my intollerances via the elimination diet (and this is still an ongoing process)
within 5 months of MC diagnosis, lots of wisdom and advice from the wonderful people on this site and reading previous threads using the search function, using the eliminiation diet i confirmed Gluten, Yeast, Dairy and Soy were not my friends.
I have confirmed which vegetables i can and can not tolerate. i am following a eating plan similar to Paleo which is well cooked plain type meals.
it takes time and patience and tenacity, there is no short cut or easy way (sorry)
I can assure you the effort and energy i have put in 'has given me my life back' slightly different to before but 100 times better than spending days on the toilet and way way better than years of mysterious symptoms and issues.
take a deep breath - it will get better

HI Des;
Welcome ! I just wanted to say, I am in British Columbia, Canada, and I got the Enterolab testing done, and you can't get much further way from Texas than this and still be in North Amercia! Some people from overseas have even done it , I think. You just choose which tests you want done, order the kit from them, they send it in the mail, then you take your own specimins in the container they provide and send it back using overnight Fed Ex. They give you all the details when you order . It can take quite a while to get the results back (I think I waited a month ) but in my experience it was well worth all the hassle to know exactly what food intolerances I was dealing with.
