Have you been able ot locate any of the Namaste products. It's a mix, but it has all the ingredients except for eggs or egg substitute, and anything you'd like to throw in that you like.
My bil made some delicious ones with unsweetned coconut flakes and cinnamon. Course he had to use the egg substitute for the sis and I. Think I remember someone saying that there's even an egg substitute suggestion right there on the package.
No kiddin', Wayne, these were REALLLLY good. I think you can get Namaste through the mail if you can't get your HF store to order it for you. Whole Foods here has it, so perhaps if you're going to Austin sometime, you could call before hand to find out which, if any, of their stores have Namaste products, and ask the to hold some for you til you get there.

I don't seem to have a problem with small amounts of egg. I haven't noticed any of the Namaste products in my local HF store, but I'll see if I can get them interested in stocking some of them.
Austin is one city that I never visit, unless it's an emergency of some sort. The traffic there is intolerable, as far as I'm concerned. It takes hours to get from one side to the other, when the traffic is at a minimum, and during rush hour, (which usually lasts for at least 3 or 4 hours), you are just plain out of luck. It's not that big a city--it just sucks, as far as vehicle traffic is concerned.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Usually either Bartlett, (7 miles), or Holland, (5 miles), but the nearest HF store is in Temple, (20 miles). Austin or Waco are each about 50 miles away.

By our standards, 10 miles is nothing! I'll just betcha the local one would be interested in stocking some of the Namaste if they knew how many folks had allergies to all these ingredients.
Might have to advertise if they wish to cater to allergic people in order to get them started coming in. I think demand can do a good job of driving these kinds of businesses if the HF stores don't get too inflexible from their original business plan.
