Polly/ Dr. Fasano

Post by Lucy »

Hi Polly,

Any further information about the meeting with Dr. Fasano? I do hope you two can work it out with your busy schedules.

By the way, I wonder, if we have more permeable guts, why we're not reacting to most ANY proteins, but I would imagine that's dependent on the size and shape of the molecules as well as on the genetics. However, it seems that we've already got some pretty big proteins getting through, so it would seem that genetics plays the biggest role, wouldn't it?

Whenever you talk to him, would you ask him why it is that if our guts are more permeable, we don't react to ALL/MORE proteins? I just would like to see if what I THINK would be correct is actually the reason.

Yours, Luce
