Thanks. That seems to be a good choice for many of us.

Thanks for that link Gloria. I have been having problems with the 50k IU dosage that my doctor prescribed. They are manufactured by Teva pharmaceuticals as a soft gel filled capsule. The "inert fill" is Soybean Oil... That was not fun

i will order some of these.

Good "scoop" Gloria!

Up 'til now Freeda's biggest dose has been only 3000 IUs. I will definitely order the 5000 IU pills next time.

Thanks.

Love,

Polly

Polly recommended Freeda vitamins for the powder calcium carbonate that she did take. When I went to order the calcium, I noticed that they just started offering the 5,000 iu's of Vit. D3. So I orderd those as well. I should have spread the word... Sorry...

I just read the article that Polly posted about the Bone Health and it recommends levels to be above 80ng/ml. I just had mine tested and my level is 50ng/ml.

I'm currently taking the 5,000 iu's of the Freeda Vit. D3 daily.

The other ingredients list on the bottle:
cellulose, calcium carbonate, calicum stearate

P.S. How are the leg/foot aches/pains?

Thanks Gloria I will now order those. Have been lucky enough that my pharmacy does stock the Freeda 3,000 tablets so I don't have to pay shipping. Will see if they can do the 5,000.

Love, Maggie
