GF TART OF ALMONDS

Post by Tessa »

A friend of mine gave me a receipt for a Tart of Almonds. I have tried it and it is excellent! .:chef2:
Of course, if you do not have any intolerance to the ingredients.
It is perfect with a coffee, to surprise your friends or for a birthday... Just try and tell me.

I´ll try to explain it as best as I can. If you have some questions, just let me know. Ok?

Ingredients:
4 eggs.
170 gr. of sugar
200 gr. of almonds
1 Scraping of a lemon.
GFDF/SF/ butter or Spectrum shortening

Steps::chef:
Beat 4 eggs, add 170 gr. of sugar and 200 gr. of almonds. Add the scraping of a lemon.
Smear a mold for tarts with butter.
Put it into the oven (medium high), 170º - 30 minutes (could be a little less).

¡Buen apetito!

By the way, I forgot to mention that this Tart is called TARTA DE SANTIAGO...

If possible, you can add some GF Glass sugar on it when it is finished...

Enjoy it.
Love,
Tessa.

Thanks Tessa,

If anyone in the U S needs a way to convert grams to cups, tablespoons, etc., here is a handy calculator that will do the conversion calculations for you:

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Thanks Wayne for your appropriated post...

I just wanted to add...
If someone cannot use what we call "margarina" and if you think I meant butter. Butter would be Ok. But if you are intolerant to dairy, please, substitute it by some olive oil.

Love,
Tessa.
