Broccoli and Fruit Slaw

This festive side dish goes well with smoked or grilled turkey.

1 12-ounce bag broccoli slaw
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 sweet apple, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds, toasted

Place slaw, pomegranate seeds, apple and cranberries in a medium bowl. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, brown sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Add to slaw mix and toss to coat slaw mix. Top with pumpkin seeds.

Serves 6
