For those of you who haven't found it yet, King Arthur Flour now has a bunch of gluten free mixes. their chocolate cake one is TO DIE FOR! It is gf, sf, and a whole lot of other free (8 most common allergans free factory). one of my coworkers daughter is having health issues and one doctor has suggested a gf diet, and she (my coworker) who isn't gf said she thought it was the best chocolate cake she's had.
