Website--Vitamin/Mineral Interaction and Amounts?

Post by MBombardier »

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website which details clearly but succinctly the amounts of various vitamins and minerals that one should (or could) take, and their interactions? For example, if you are taking a certain amount of calcium, you should be taking a certain amount of magnesium and vitamin D. If that is really a consideration. I'm not sure. Or the ratio of zinc to copper, etc.

Thanks in advance...

Hi Marliss,

Lyn,

That's an excellent reference.

Thanks,

Marliss,

Thank you for sharing that website. I checked it out and found a lot of good information. I take a lot of vitamins and supplements and try to stay away from synthetic drugs as much as possible.

What a forum this is - so much useful information.
