Could I have a hug please?

Post by natythingycolbery »

I need a hug

I've not been sleeping recently and am really emotional and feeling a bit... well pants... about life for one reason or another and no one is around at home for a random hug (it being 1:44am in the UK)

Naty,

Try to get a decent night's sleep - things will look a lot better tomorrow, after some much-needed rest.

:bigbighug: and another :bigbighug: and another :bigbighug: and as many more as you need. Do try to get some sleep. When I'm not feeling well and don't get enough rest I am at my lowest.

Hugs, Naty. I do hope you can get some good sleep. Lack of sleep makes everything look grim, but be assured that things will look better in a little while.

Naty, sending you some big hugs from Utah. Things always seem worse when you're tired, late at night, and alone. There's also that after-the-holidays slump. January just seems to be one of those Blah months that we have to endure.
I hope you can sleep and that things will look better tomorrow. And you are not alone, we're all here. Love JoAnn

Thank you so much one and all for the hugs! Much appreciated!

I've been having problems with my depression since I came of the medication in august, and it was just all getting to me last night so thank you so much.,

Also Linda, I go back to school next sunday, but we have 2 weeks of not having much to do (apart from essays) before classes start again on the 24th, I'm really struggling to do the work and am scared to get in touch with my tutor to ask for more extensions again.

Gotta try to get to the Dr's first then i will let my tutor know what is going on.
