Does anyone here attend their local chapter meetings of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation? If so, is it helpful to you? I'm thinking about joining one but it's about 30 miles away and getting there from work will take some doing.
I am going to join the local celiac group. I've been to their food fair and it was pretty good.

The two support group meetings closest to me were in Troy and Ann Arbor. There maybe one near you, I didn't look. I think I went to the CCFA website to start with. The Ann Arbor group meets every 3rd Thursday of the month from 7-8:30pm at St. Joe's in Ann Arbor. Dave Lascewski is the contact person (800-772-4659 or 734-434-6262).
