I'm convinced yeast has alot to do with MC

Above is a link to apple cider vinegar's effect on yeast infections. I've used it, and it has helped me get rid of candida. I've used it in conjunction with diet.

I ate eggs, pork chops and hamburger patties for breakfast. I would cook them with onions and other veggies for variety.
