What an awesome post......from all of you! I too fall into the "so busy that I just read but don't take the time to post" category. Life has taken some unexpected and difficult turns in our life lately and MC seems to have it's ups and downs here too.

Welcome to all the newbies - you have found a wonderful place to vent, ask questions and learn. I can't imagine where we would be if it weren't for the internet! Can you imagine??

Love and gentle hugs,
Mars

Hi Ant, it's so nice to hear from you and you gives us an update on how you're doing. Good to hear business is going well (well I assume when you are too busy for regular posting, business must be going well) and that your MC with diet and entocort is more or less stable. We can shake hands on this part, also with me diet and 2/3 of the content of one capsule a day keeps everything under control. I also tried to lower my dosage to one every other day, but was no success.

I hope you will keep on checking in here, so now and than and keeps us updated on your MC and other things going on in your life.

take care

Hello Ant,

I echo your opening statements. I love your quote about the "new normalcy". I have completely forgotten (or given up believing I will ever see) what the former normalcy used to be.

I too, like many on this board, are riding the delicate balance between work/stress and managing MC. This is not an easy task and like I always say, sometimes the vanity of life wins out over our health. Sad but true. I also am still relying on pharma drugs to help manage this monster (Asacol for me).

But I am glad you are "managing" and hope you are getting closer to thriving.
