asacol/acid reflux

sorry to bother everyone again, but do any of you know if asacol can cause acid reflux? for the past month or so, on and off, i have been getting a feeling in my throat like a "lump" and doing some belching.....will ask my dr. on friday when i speak with him, but just thought maybe you guys would know.

I had a HUGE problem with acid reflux when I was going thru troubles with my celiac..

I do not take asacol so cannot comment directly, but I have had occasional acid reflux for 30+ years prior to Dx MC.

When I took asacol hd I did not have this issue.

I don't have that issue with Asacol but there are about 100 different possible reactions listed, I'm sure. Do you still have the "paper" that comes with the med. If so, grab a magnifying glass and see if it's listed.
