An update

Discussions can be posted here about mediator release testing (MRT), as offered by Oxford Biological Technologies, in conjunction with the LEAP program, which is claimed to determine a relative level of sensitivity to various foods and chemicals by measuring an increase in the ratio of liquids to solids in a blood sample that has been exposed to a specific allergen.

Pat,

How did the almond butter work out?

Hugs,

So far so good. It really tastes better than any I have ever bought from the store. I am limiting myself to just a small amount so I don't over do it even though I am very tempted. Thanks for asking.

I didn't do so well after the sunflower butter, either. I guess we should switch our nut butters. Oh, well, at least we still have one that works for us.

You're right, Gloria, I just have to be happy that I have at least one that I can tolerate. I am not normal with it but not water D and it helps to give me some calories. I just keep praying that one day in the not too distant future I will be able to eat more things.
