Hi Kelly,
You only have 4 highly reactive foods, two of which you've probably already eliminated - soybean and yogurt. That's pretty encouraging.
You tested reactive to turkey, beef, and pork. That leaves chicken, lamb and fish, which is doable, but probably a big change in what you've been eating. Another biggie is eggs.
I also wonder how you feel about the list and what items really surprised you.
So many of us have tested reactive to different meats. I'm wondering if going Paleo, which emphasizes meat, should be include a caution that not everyone can tolerate all meats. We've always assumed that meats are relatively safe for everyone.

Thanks for everyone's feedback. I'm not currently at home and am typing from my phone so I'll post more on another thread tomorrow however I have mixed feelings about the results. I can immediately see reason for a delay in regular Norman visits because I have relied on beef, applesauce and broccoli and all 3 showed up as yellow reactive.
Sara, I'm not out of the woods with almonds because although they showed up as green, it was high green close to yellow. It will be a few weeks before I will be testing those I'm guessing. I won't meet with my dietitian until later this week to discuss the results.
Gloria, you are spot on regarding Paleo. I was very surprised by pork and beef. The first few weeks of leap should prove interesting.
I'd like to try and scan my results and post like Joe did because it tells a more complete picture. I tested high green for both banana and rice and I have been suspicious of both being a problem recently. I know you've had problems with quite a few of your greens.

I also tested high green for rice, but I didn't wait very long before I reintroduced it into my diet. I felt that I had to have the calories and carbs it provided because I can't eat potatoes or other starchy vegetables. I only eat full portions of it on a 3-day rotation schedule. But I use it as a thickener in my gravies every day.
After several months, I realized that I was reacting to millet, amaranth, and buckwheat; all tested non-reactive on the MRT test, and I've eliminated them.
I've been following the LEAP diet for 1 year this week. I am eating just two foods that tested yellow (2.0): vanilla and cinnamon, which, of course, are in small amounts. I am also eating two high-green (1.9) foods: rice and coconut. I still haven't tested many of my green foods. I'm waiting to be off Entocort for two months without problems.

Apparently almonds are fairly high in salicylic acid according to Mary Beth. I tried them as homemade almond butter but but it was a no go and I am just guessing that was the reason I reacted to them. I tested very low to lamb and chicken but I seem to react to both. You just have to test each one separately. Hope you can tolerate all the green!
