THANK U ALL for PICKING ME UP

Post by barbaranoela »

all your posts brought such calmness to my being----I know many have suffered a loss -yet there is always *why*----we all said---*betcha Noreen-with a happy heart- was holding her hand out to guide Marilyn to her place in the heavens----

thank U all-----peace has settled thru out my soul--

Hi. I have not been around this forum much lately so I dont know all the specifics of the loved one you lost. But, I know that you have always been kind to me when I come on this forum and ask for advice.
I am so sorry you lost a loved one and I do know how painful that can be. You seem like a very nice person and I hope your pain lessens soon.
In the meantime, know that there seems to be many on this forum that love you and carry you in their thoughts.

Andi----thank U much for the kind words--U see Louie's cousin Dan just lost his second wife Marilyn to cancer-also his first wife Noreen passed of cancer--

Both ladies were awesome peoples-- we luved them so much--and when Dan Married Marilyn his GROWN kids gave her a very hard time--yet she braved it out until they saw the kind of woman she was--

So his life was filled with the luve of 2 woman and now he needs support--

Today we spent the day with Dan--shopping for a new *dryer*--had a bite to eat and then sat around the house just talking---a little of this and that---

thank U for your kind words---and I trust U are doing better--

Barb,

I am also very, very sorry for you. I have also dealt with many loved ones and cancer. It's very hard to watch someone whom you love be taken apart by this disease. I spent the first 14 years of my marriage trying to get my wife back to a healthy status while she was battling progressive Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. OMG, that was/is so hard. I personally lost a bit of myself both physically and emotionally through all of it.

When I think back about all of that, it still scares me to the core (I can feel my GI turning just talking about it now). I only pray that that is all behind us.

My heart and prayers go out to you, dear. I completely understand.

Rich
