Wayne its me again the pest across the sea, :lol: well love you see i went into the chat room tonight and when i tried to get back to the main message board i got a screen come up with all sorts of computer jargen on it so i closed it down and then i noticed on my disk top i had a new icon (hs_err_pid2...) is printed at the side of a note pad any idea what it is or what i should do with it :yikes: now now be very carful how you answer this one :lol:

I await your reply, wont do anything just incase :pcguru:

Hi Bobbie,

I really don't know what that icon represents. It may be an explanation of an error code, or it might be a link to a web site. From your description, I'm guessing that it's an error message of some kind. I suppose you can click on it to find out. Whenever I find shortcuts on my desktop that I didn't put there, I drag them into the trash can.

LOL. You have a keen sense of humor. Don't worry, I would never tell you to put it where the sun doesn't shine.
