We just may be checking out the gluten-free Subway sandwich in Portland in July. And maybe DFW, since we will be there, too.

In 'n' Out Burger just opened two stores in the Dallas area--in Frisco and Allen--with another due to open in Arlington. All the products are gluten-free except the buns, they say.

I will have to tell my son. He and his wife are moving to just outside Plano, which is closer to his place of employment. Not that he cares about gluten (though he should) but In'n'Out is quite popular. They drive around DFW quite a bit because my daughter-in-law's family lives in Mansfield.
