I just saw the three-D sonogram of my great granson. Simply amazing to me-there wasn't even sonigrams when mine were born, now there are three-D wow!! I cannot wait. I am praying this child is healthy* Hope you are all well

The technology is truly a miracle, isn't it? I never had ultrasounds of my daughters, either. We had to wait the old-fashioned way to learn what sex they were.

I am still getting used to having a grandchild--it must be pretty amazing to be thinking about the circle of life with a great-grandchild on the way. I was in the baby-making business for twenty years and went from having an x-ray at the last minute to verify my oldest was breech to ultrasound letting us peek in the womb for the younger ones. The 3D ultrasounds are so clear--what a blessing to see the little guy and be able to see him again in your mind as you pray for him!

I think it's great that every generation gets to be the cat's meow... till the next thrilling great-grandson comes along!

Best wishes for a healthy, happy, easy time for mom & baby, till you get to hold him in your arms and tell him you knew him when (before-when?). And congratulations to all the generations in your family!
