Okra

Been trying to figure out if I can/should eat this vegetable (Okra). It's a member of the Mallow family.

The reason I'm asking is because it seems that the vegetables of which you eat the seeds are unacceptable on the Paleo diet, at least according to what I have read.

What's evryone's opinion?
