It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Hi Maggie,
Hope you're enjoying a wonderful birthday with good food and good company.
Wishing you all the best today and every day.
It's so very comforting to know that some of you real "old timers" are still here cheering us along. Thanks for all your time and effort in keeping this board alive and well, it is so appreciated.
Love,
Kari

Thank you everyone.
Yes Gloria, norman was my present of the year. Had an excellent birthday weekend and we spent it birding in Southern Delware which is one of my most favorite birding areas. Recorded 1 lifer - bird never seen before - and 114 birds by sight since I am not the greatest "ear" birder. Just better when you actually see them. Best part was sighting of 3 separate Rails - Clapper, Virginia and Black. Actually the Black Rail was the last bird of the weekend. The worst part of the weekend was the bugs - they were out in force from various forms of mosquitoes to deer, horse and every other variety of flies. Now is the lull until Fall migration and birding when the bugs are not around.
Again, thanks everyone.
Love, Maggie
