My husband is 6 years younger, fit and energetic, AND he looks even younger since going (nearly) GF/DF. I am hoping to catch that wave, lol... before someone mistakes me for his mother!

On a happy note, a friend's 9yo daughter whom we hadn't seen for some weeks asked me whether I had dyed my hair. So it's still getting darker, which must mean something good for my health. (It must have to do with nutrient absorption... now when I see other people with beautiful streaks of premature gray, I wonder about their gluten tolerance.) I even saw the reddish highlights in my hair the other day, which were pretty noticeable when I was a very dark brunette (some decades back). I hope all my other body systems are along for the ride.

I hope your husband doesn't have a brewing health emergency to rivet his attention. MC sure got my focus...
