Does white wine have gluten in it?

the temp here today is about 1 degree celius (mmm about 35 F???) the wind chill is about -5 and i was pondering that this time a year ago i was in transit to France, and spent 3 weeks there during their beautiful summer.........

If i can get rid of killer headache i have had for 3 days, if i can get to the post office there is a parcel from Joe that has some gloves in it that i will need just so i can type!!!

Gabes hopefully the package made it today to your PO box. It was due today, but with international packages who knows.

I would suspect the coconut milk (I am assuming you used canned or powdered). I am allergic to casein and I've actually seen casein as an ingredient on a few varieties of powdered coconut milk. Perhaps it had gluten in it? Not sure why a manufacturer would add that in though.
