Hi Angy! It's nice to see a post from you. I'm sorry that your MC isn't doing too well. Usually when we don't hear from people, it's because they're in remission. Work and MC don't go well together, that's for sure. I hope your job lets up a bit so you can relax some.

Hi Angy,

It's good to see an update again. Sorry about the flare - I hope you can get rid of it soon.

You know, it has been a long time since you posted - you've even had a royal wedding over here, since you last posted, and we didn't even get your opinion of it. A lot of people in this country lost a lot of sleep in order to see the wedding, (everyone but me and 2 or 3 others. ).

Thanks for logging in,
Tex

Gloria....thanks for the welcome....i understand that users who obtain remission may not post...however i cant say the same for me...My job is mainly on a mental level but it can be mentally draining due to mental health users having crisis after crisis...I guess that can drain ones energy at times thus triggering mc symptoms...Hope you well...

Tex.....You are so dedicated to this forum Tex and that talkes a special person. You are always there for everyone even for me when i do get my act together to post..I hope you are well Tex as i remember you having a bad time for a while...hope all is good...

As for the parasite royal family ehem!! well i dont particularly agree with royalty...im a scottish nationalist and feel they should be eradicated from the goverment and monarchy...Since that marriage my tax has went up and when they have kids the same will happen...We should have a president like the states...

Maggie.....Hope you are well Maggie and yes i will try to post more often...i should really give my bit too to the pp community...

...Ill be taking annual leave next monthand it cant pass in soon enough...

Starfire...Hope you are well ....missed you guys too...My flare has dissolved itself a bit cos i starvd myself for 2 days and only drunk alprosoya milkshakes lol...

I completley agree, my Dad is always moaning about how his hard earned cash is being given to the Royal family for doing nothing. I actually dont know anyone from anywhere in the UK who watched it!

 I was pretty sure that was what you would say. I think that the U. S. probably paid for that wedding, with tourist dollars, so the residents of GB got a little break there, for a few days, but I'm sure their upkeep is might expensive, the rest of the year. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more American tourists there, fascinated by the wedding, than British citizens. I think the bottom line is that everyone loves royalty, and all the pomp and ceremony that goes with it, unless they're the ones who have to pay for it all the time.

I'm doing fine, and feeling good. If this drought continues for the rest of the summer, Texas is probably going to dry up and blow away, but other than that, I can't complain.

We'll be looking forward to your annual leave, too - maybe you'll be able to post more, then. We miss you, and we always enjoy your posts.

Hmmmmmmmm. I was afraid that the bill might be higher than that, but that's certainly bad enough.

As a third-generation Scots-American (on my father's side) I can sympathize. No, I didn't watch the wedding, either. Since the bloom was already off the rose, if you know what I mean, I was thinking they should have just toddled off to the nearest registry office.

My cousin is part of a major DNA study that is drilling down through the years to see where people who founded Scotland actually came from and when. So far, he's told me it's an almost exact match back to about 650AD (I think). Then there seems to be a Viking connection, but it's going to be quite some time before the final consensus is in. Don't ask me how they figure this stuff out.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Dear All

Topic rules
We try to avoid controversial topics that might serve to adversly affect the feelings of others, such as political and religious topics.
I would have much to say on this in another forum (including who has for many years been trying to challenge Big Pharma and "industrial" agriculture). But I will refrain.

Best, Ant
