Congrats on the BM

I can admit on this forum, days where you wake up no cramping or discomfort and do a normal BM (before i go to work) are like christmas morning! you know it is going to be an ok day!

I have learnt that no matter how long i am going out of the house, i always take a GF/LF treat with me. even if it is a kids size apple and blackcurrent juice.

and that is great news re the grand kids.... you need your energy for you at the moment

good luck with the results..... clarity will give you alot more control

Charolette, It sounds like you are doing okay with what you are doing. I am on Endocort and not having as much luck as you are without. I haven't done the enterolab yet. I hope your results help you. I am a young mother of 3. Stress is what comes along with taking care of them. Luckily I have a mom that helps me out with them quite a lot. While you are getting well don't think twice of taking care of yourself. You have raised your children and deserve to live happily and healthy! When you are happy and healthy you will be of a lot more help to others.
