Ginny,

Are you aware that General Mills has transformed some of the "Chex" breakfast cereals into GF offerings. Rice Chex, Corn Chex, and at least a couple of others, are now GF. Always check the label, to be sure, of course, but all of the old stock should be long gone from store shelves, by now. I know that Rice Chex doesn't contain any of your listed allergens, but you would need to check out the labels on the others.

Tex, yes I am aware of the GF cereals. Corn is out and I am not drinking any non-milk products right now. I loved almond milk, but at Polly's kind comments, thought it might be too much for my system with the recent flare. I may try it again in the future. Thanks of thinking of me! Ginny
