YES TO STRESS

Post by ZooMa »

Every time I have been sick in my life it has been around stressful times. I always thought I was just one of those people who get sick when run down. So I have taken the effort to make sure I get rest and stay away from sick people. I told my GI Dr I get sick when stressed. She looks at me and says "NO" I look right back and say YES!! OMG Honestly? I go out only when i have to get food, go to Dr or golf- which I have only been able to do twice this yr. Before I had my colonoscopy...that wasn't supposed to hurt!

I find my LC symptoms are at their worst after very stressful situations.
