1) For breakfast and lunch I have an 8oz protein shake. Between breakfast and lunch I have a fresh fruit (4oz). Between lunch and dinner I have cottage cheese (4oz). For dinner i have baked, broiled or grilled fish (4oz), chicken (4oz) or lean beef (4oz) and 1/2 cup of vegetables.

2) I feel great! More energy, less sweating and I feel and look much better! I am able to do more things with my daughter. and very few meds.
