Lesley - Thank you for your recommendation. I'll check it out.

My SED rate was 24 the last time it was checked, which I don't think is real high, but it apparently is enough inflamation that warrants possibly a change in what I have been trying to reduce it.

Suze- I frequently have night sweats like you're describing. I've not hit menopause yet. I go from ice cold to kicking the covers off then back to being chilly. It's annoying. My husband laughs at all the socks that end up at the end of the bed under the covers.
