My Entocort was also a big fail last Fall; then I quit coffee and became 90% better in about 4 days. I still have a flare now and then when I eat too much fiber or too many nuts. I'm on one Entocort every other day although I do best at 1 a day. I'm always trying to get off the Entocort.
Also have sleep apnea
