I subscribe to Living Without. I enjoy it. I've tried some recipes out of it, and also enjoy the articles. One thing that is helpful is that they have a page that lists various possible substitutions, like different things to use if you can't use dairy, various flour substitutions, suggested flour mixes for all-purpose or pastry flour, etc.

The Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Kitchen is a good cookbook for those with multiple sensitivities because it's coded not only for GF, but also DF, SF, EF, and sugar. Obviously some of us have other concerns, but I found it was helpful to me to have recipes that had already eliminated several of my intolerances.
