Even rice crackers that appear to be safe can have soy in them. Apparently it doesn't have to be listed as one of the ingredients, just that the food contains soy. I ate some for a long time before I looked beneath the ingredient list and saw that the crackers contained soy. The two brands I ate were Edwards (I believe) and Whole Foods 365 rice crackers. I just checked them again today at Whole Foods and they still list it in the deceptive way.

We have to check everything, even past the list of ingredients.
