Virgils Root Beer - I found a place in Melbourne, Fl. that sells it and when I'm in Merbourne I stop by and buy some. It's called "Wild Oats Natural Marketplace".
Here is the link to their "store finder" but I'm afraid neither one of you live in states that have a store.

Polly, I really don't have any idea why my BP dropped like it did. I haven't cut down on salt at all. It could be the stress level, I suppose but I certainly couldn't put my finger there and say "that's it!!" I haven't been on BP meds at all in over a year now. When I see the Dr. it's always OK. It's OK when I check it at home (which I rarely do these days). I had an apt about a week or so ago and was pretty stressed due to being late (due to not being able to find the place) and when they took my BP it was quite high but that's the only time that has happened in months (that I know about).
Yes, I'm still going to Curves on a regular basis. 3-5 times a week. I love it.
From Beef O'Brady's website.....

Named after one of our first customers. You’ll order this one again. Premium roast beef and Swiss cheese on grilled rye with mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.
and.......you can get it with seasoned curly fries and you can request ranch dressing in which to dip the fries.
Would you believe that just thinking about that right now is making me nauseous!!!! That's wonderful!!!! However, if I were hungry, it might be a different story.
I'm having Sticky Crockpot Chicken today. I left it in the fridge longer than necessary and put it in the crockpot just before I went to bed last night. It smells really good.
Love, Shirley
