Quercetin vs. DAO- have you tried either?

Monique,

I like to get supplements in powder form whenever possible because they usually have no additives plus it gives you the option of adjusting the dose with more precision. It's kind of like buying only foods that are a single ingredient. It leaves me more sure of what I am ingesting. I'm the better safe than sorry sort.

Hi Monique,

Powder is way more economical. I'm taking 1 heaping teaspoon 3 x per day added to water. I pick it up at Vitamin Shoppe. Several members of the forum swear by L Glutamine.
