Hi Jane,

Blood test for food tolerances showed that I was slightly allergic for coffee (IGg). Despite this, I used to drink one cup in the morning and it looked like I could tolerate it. I didn't know if my osteoarthritis had something to do with it. A few months ago, on holiday, I turned to two or tree cups in the morning. I stopped because sleeping became a big problem! After I stopped I slept well again, also with one in the morning. Because I had a relapse three months ago, I sticked to my strict diet and skipped the coffee. Now I drink about one coffee a week and I don't think it affects me in any way, so I think, reading all your posts, that I can try to take one a day again!
