Probably need Antibiotic...which one won't hurt me?

All antibiotics are risky. When you select an antibiotic (if you have a choice), you don't choose the best — you choose the one that you consider to be the least dangerous for your own particular situation. The available options include an increased risk for MC, an antibiotic-resistant C. diff infection, tendonitis or neurological damage, disrupted gut bacteria populations with increased long-term SIBO-associated syndromes, various sometimes-fatal allergic reactions, and who-knows-what-else. Not a single medication ever offered is totally free of side effect risks. Some are just worse than others, and that risk varies by the individual.
