Part of why I was keen to try the protocol was to help other MC'ers
I hope that you can find a safe way to increase the mag, Vit c, zinc and keep the mast cells/histamine at minimal levels.

Our thoughts on the s bollardi, is that it's effectiveness would be limited in an inflamed gut.
Reducing the inflammation, and having histamines at balanced level will optimise its effectiveness.
As will having adrenals and immune system calm and balanced.

This week I am having acupuncture to get a bit of an indicator of what is going on, what system/organ needs the support now, (which can mean, what is the root cause of the multiple issues) is it gut, immune, adrenal, liver, kidney,
I will take the s boullardi with me and get the practitioner to muscle test it,
