Pat,
Some members avoid the laxative effect of magnesium by using a spray-on treatment, or even by soaking in an Epsom salt bath.

Pat,
I apply Life-flo magnesium oil to my skin. I actually use it as my deodorant and apply all over the armpit and inner arm area. It works amazingly well and getting my magnesium dose too!

Yup. Works better than any other natural deodorant I've used, and I've tried many. It's second best to anti-perspirant, which I try to avoid most days. I spray it on my hands and rub it in to the underarm and arm area, covering more area than I would with a deodorant. If there are small cuts on my hands, it can burn, but I soon rinse it off my hands. 2 squirts per armpit provides a sizable dose of magnesium.
