i have been meaning to add in, i too have lots of adhesion's, bowel is adhered to my right ovary.
Agree with Polly based on the amount of people here that have UTI issues, and MC issues when they are having UTI...
and the length of time it takes for the inflammation of the UTI to go.

That seems to be the case. It's getting better, but still a bit sensitive.
I'm drinking a lot of water these days, and I find that as my bladder begins to fill up (or gets uncomfortably full), anal security becomes questionable.
After I drain my bladder, anal tranquility is restored.

I hope that you are soon feeling much better, and that you don't suffer any more kidney stones or unexpected bowel reactions.
The only thing I can contribute to this discussion relates to my experience of the interconnection of systems in the bowel region... prior to my relatively recent MC dx, I would almost always have bowel issues (loose stools, gassiness, intestinal cramping) when I was ovulating, menstruating or had a UTI.
