Happy Thanksgiving All!

Theresa, I also have a DH like that - very thankful for him. I made my dressing from GF cornbread, onion, mushroom, sage, chicken broth and some GF turkey sausage.

I also made candied yams, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, and for dessert, a pear/ginger cobbler using GF gingerbread cookies along with earth balance and pecans for the crumble topping. I don't care for gravy and I only got the turkey breast because we both like the white meat, so I got DH gravy in a jar and he was happy enough with that.

I had some GF crackers with a DF spread and some apple cider earlier in the day.

I did not realize that I needed to check that the turkey itself was also GF (?!). However, I have had no bad reaction. It was great to have a safe feast!!!
