Jean - Magnesium stearate is the supplement I just went off of and now find I have NORMAN every day. I know I continued taking it these past 3 years because I thought it was safe (in comparison to some of the other oral magnesium supplements out there). I was only trying to point out that it can act as a laxative as well. It's possible that in that small of a dosage it might not be a problem.

Polly - thank you for your opinion of Municex. Although I am improving, I still have extreme congestion going on. I do use the Nedi Med, and may pick up and try the Municex as well.

I figured out that I had a flu hit me! Not your normal stomach one, it was the achy body kind with sinusitis on top of it...yuck! After visiting with those around me at my work I've concluded the allergy season is so bad around here that it didn't take much for my body to react and then throw the flu thing on top of it as I had been noticing my hips starting to ache while sitting at my desk during work for most of last week...AH-HA, dang stuff, because I feel tons better today, no hurting at all. I have to say I've never had that ache in that particular place before, so glad it has passed

Cheers

Erica, I'm glad to hear you figured it out, and also that it has gone away. :)
