If you are clearing toxins, parasites etc then it is going to get worse before it gets better

and if you are taking other things like prebiotics and/or probiotics with the pepto - it would be hard to pinpoint if one thing is causing the issues or the combo is causing the issues

are you keeping a journal?

Healing takes time, The D and weightloss wont improve until inflammation is minimised and the gut starts to heal.
and if you are still eating items or having contact with items that are medium /high level triggers - then the ability for any protocol to help is compromised

P. S. (for Zizzle) When I took oregano oil for a few days while battling a recent UTI, I had an INSANE detox reaction- trembling, elevated heart rate, insomnia, worse D, nausea, brain fog, you name it. That is some powerful stuff. I do believe it will kill anything, so I'm sure it's probably doing something for you. ;) Good luck!

Hey there! That makes sense. I had been on the probiotics for a while with no issues, so that's why I figured it was the PB. Could definitely be the combo, though. Yes, I keep a journal but it's mostly for foods- I often forget to include what all I've taken, med or supplement wise. I probably need to make it more detailed. :) Hopefully my Enterolab results will help me figure out if I'm still eating things that are triggers!

to gain benefit from the journal i suggest you include supplements, activities, weather, sleep patterns...
all of these things seem to affect symptoms

if you are reacting to histamine or mast cell then then things like - getting hair dyed, or using cleaning chemicals the day you clean the shower might be enough to cause inflammation...
