Hi OMA,

Everyone else has already had such good advice.....I have nothing to add but my support, too. The clouds will disappear soon, of that you can be sure - especially since you are seeking help. :rainbow:

Hang in there, dear. And don't forget that we have big ears and strong shoulders any time you wish to use them.

Love,

Polly

Hugs from me too, OMA - I am so sorry you are having such a rough time of feeling low and miserable.

Thinking of you.

Love,
Karen

OMA,

I'm thinking of you too, and I think talking to a therapist is a good idea.
I have seen one off and on for a long time, and it helps put a different perspective on things. Lets you get your feelings validated and not feel so alone with your thoughts and feelings.

I hope you feel better soon!!

Love, Kathyp

Just had a thought Oma. The anesthetic itself can do wierd things to you as well. Sometimes it can make you depressed for a while. It soon passes. I good cry can sometimes make all the difference. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Love

Liz
