Hello Gabes,

The topical Magnesium Gel I have does not have dosage info.....just suggested uses. I have been reading a lot about that and I will purchase a different kind the next time.....I read where someone uses Vitacost Mag Oil Spray. I also have Epsom salt which I have used for sore muscles in the bath, so I could do a foot soak, but probably wouldn't do that every day.

As far as the mag I took orally, I do not know what kind it was....I discarded the bottle long ago. I know that I don't want to take anything that will even possibly give me loose stools. I read about the different kinds of mag and I believe Tex uses chelated mag (mag glycinate)....I don't know if there is one the I could safely take orally.

Thanks for that link....I have bookmarked. I was wondering about shelf life once opened and storage options. It will be good article to have for reference.
