I think some members put bacon fat on top of their burger when cooking the burger. You call also generously drizzle your fish, chicken and green leafy veggies with olive oil. If you are in the US get an olive oil made in the US--tougher to find but it will be guaranteed to be olive oil.
You might also tolerate uncured bacon.
